We are currently serving the Timmins, Schumacher, South Porcupine and Porcupine areas.
How can I pay?
Paypal is our online market merchant services provider. You can pay with any major credit card even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Personal cheques or cash payments are not accepted at this time.
How come some of my food is still dirty?
We don’t want to scrub the vegetables too much so we hurt the skin on the outside that keeps it protected while it waits in your delivery box for you to clean it to your specifications and put it in your fridge.
Where does the food come from?
I would like my market order delivered. When will it arrive?
Delivery is available to everywhere in Timmins/Porcupine for $7.50.
Orders will be delivered the following Wednesday between 3pm-6pm.
Please note: orders placed on Tuesday will only be delivered the following Wednesday (8 days later), as we require processing time.
I am unable to make it home at the time I had specified on my order. What do I do?
How does the box return program work?
For deliveries, leave your empty box exactly where it was delivered to you and you will be awarded 1 point. After 10 box returns or 10 points, you will receive a coupon for 10% off your next order. For pickups, bring back your box and the same program rules will apply.
I would like to pick up my box. How do pick ups work?
Pick up is free! You can pick up your order Wednesday, between 2pm-6pm, at our eatery, located at 163 Fifth Ave., in Timmins.
Please note: Orders placed on Tuesdays will not be ready until the following Wednesday (8 days later) as we require processing time.
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
Yes. Should you not be home, we are not responsible for the safety of your package (should it stolen or ravaged by bears). Should your schedule change at the last minute, please give us a call and we can re-arrange delivery or pick-up.
There is an issue with my box of produce. What do I do?
