A 12 piece selection of our delicious house made Panini's The Cuban and The Firetruck! These come individually wrapped in a box. 

The Cuban: 

Braised local pork cooked over night in fresh citrus and a bouquet of spices and served on a large french banquette with Swiss cheese, Genoa salami, ham, crisp dill pickles, mayo, and mustard all pressed into a gooey cheesy buttery panini.

The Firetruck: 

Local roasted seasoned chicken with cheddar and Swiss cheese, bacon, prosciutto, jalapeno mayo, sub sauce, roasted red pepper, green onions and pickled red onion all pressed into a gooey butter panini.
