Q: What areas do you deliver the Northern Supply Box to?
A: All of Ontario!
Q: I bought a box. When does it arrive?
A: At the beginning of every month you’ll receive your Northern Supply Box.
Q: I live in Timmins and would like to pick up my box. Can I?
A: In store pick up is available for Timmins residents, however forgotten boxes are non-refundable.
Q: Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
A: No, however on days with extreme weather we may call local customers to determine a delivery time or a safe place for it. Out of town is delivered by Canada Post and can be delivered when you are not home.
Q: There is an issue with my Northern Supply Box. What do I do?
A: Please contact us immediately! 705-465-3651 or firstname.lastname@example.org and any of us would be more than happy to assist you.
Q: When do the boxes ship?
A: The second Tuesday of each month.
Q: When is the billing cycle?
A: Initial payment is day of purchase. Subsequent payments will be at the beginning of every month.
Q: Can I get a vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/etc. box?
A: Unfortunately no. While each box will contain vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free items, they will not be available in separate boxes.
