We grow organic mushrooms like Oyster and Shitake as well as raising various types of fowl and poultry. We have peacocks, ducks, golden pheasant and geese. 

Our mushrooms are available for purchase from our restaurant or off of our website. You can catch us from time to time at the Saturday farmer's market as well. 

We also sell our peacock feathers.
