Local Pick up 

Easy Order Online Cake Shop Orders:  your order will be ready after 4pm Wednesday - Friday or at the time you specified (if given enough notice) on the day you scheduled Wednesday - Friday. A pick up notice will be sent to your preferred method of contact.

Inappropriate Pastry Parlor: Your order will be available on the next available production day Tuesday - Friday after 4pm unless otherwise specified on your order. However, these cookies can NOT be ready before 4pm typically without a minimum of 2 weeks notice. A pick up notice will be sent to your preferred method of contact 

Farm Products: Your order will be ready the following Business day. We will often times get your order ready fairly quickly so keep an eye out for the pick up notice to your preferred method of contact. 

Merchandise: Your order will be ready for pick up immediately. You are welcome to come to the store and pick up during business hours (Tuesday - Friday 11:30am - 7:30pm & Saturday 2pm - 7:30pm) right after placing your order. A pick up notice will be sent to your preferred method of contact. 

 

Local Delivery

Inappropriate Pastry Parlor: Your order will be delivered after 4pm Tuesday - Friday on the day you specified. A notice will be sent to your preferred method of contact

Farm Products: Your order will be delivered after 4pm Tuesday - Friday on the day that you specified. A notice will be sent to your preferred method of contact

Merchandise: Your order will be delivered after 4pm Tuesday - Saturday on the day you specified. If you would like a specific time please let us know. We only delivery during operating hours Tuesday - Friday 11:30am - 7:30pm & Saturday 2pm - 7:30pm. 

 

Provincial and Country Wide Shipped Products

We are located in Timmins Ontario and Ship from there. 

Inappropriate Pastry Parlor: Orders are shipped out after the next product day. Our baking days for cookies are Tuesday & Wednesday and orders get shipped by Wednesday late afternoon's at the latest. Your order could take up to 7-10 business days to arrive depending on your location in the country. We ship Canada Post and as we all know shipping delays can occur. Please make sure to keep track of your package. Shipping can range from $18 - $35 depending on your location within the country. 

Merchandise: Orders are typically shipped out 48hrs after purchase. If a product is on back order we will contact you. We ship Canada Post Globally and your shipping rate will range depending on the location in the world. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@radicalgardens.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
