Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to be our Front of House and server and to oversee our Wine lists and stocking. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of wine and food service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience.
Position begins in February.
Duties
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the bar area.
- Maintain inventory of wine and alcohol
- Prepare cocktails and drinks for people
- Maintain guest enjoyment
- Serve food
- Foster a positive work environment through effective personal management and work ethic
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server within the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
