We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to be our Front of House and server. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your knowledge of food service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience.

Duties:

Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices within the bar area.

Maintain inventory of wine and alcohol

Prepare cocktails and drinks for people

Maintain guest enjoyment

Serve food

Take orders

Answer the phone

Stay knowledgeable about our story, mission, food, drinks, and culture

Foster a positive work environment through effective personal management and work ethic

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a server within the restaurant or hotel industry.

Strong knowledge of wines and spirits

Smart Serve Certification Required

Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Food Handling Safety Certificate Required

Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
