Six layers. House-made granola. Individual cups.
Most catering parfaits are yogurt in a cup with something sprinkled on top. These are built properly — layered, one at a time, in a specific order, the way a parfait is supposed to be made.
What's in them
- House-made granola — made in our kitchen, not poured from a bag
- Seasonal fruit and berries — whatever's good that week, layered through the cup
- Yogurt — the base, and the thing holding the layers apart
- Individual serving cups — one per person, no scooping, no serving spoons
Two sizes
- 8oz — the standard single serving
- 12oz — for a bigger appetite or a longer morning
Why they work for a morning catering order
- Nothing to serve. They arrive in individual cups. Hand them out, or leave them on a table, and you're finished.
- They hold. A layered parfait travels far better than a plated breakfast — the layers keep it stable and nothing leaks out of a cup.
- They cover everyone. Vegetarian, and easy to work around most dietary restrictions. At a breakfast where you don't know who's who, these are the safe line.
- They look like effort. A tray of layered parfaits with a garnish on top says somebody made these this morning. That's the difference between catering and a grocery run.
- They read as the healthy option on a table of pastries and bacon — which matters, because somebody always wants that.
