A Caesar where all four parts were made by somebody who cared.
Most catering Caesar is four shortcuts at once. Bagged romaine. Bottled dressing. Croutons out of a box. Parmesan from a shaker.
Here's what ours actually is: romaine from local growers, a scratch-made dressing we make in our own kitchen, croutons we bake ourselves, locally sourced bacon, and grated real Parmesan. Nothing on this salad came out of a package.
That's why it costs $85. It's also why it's the salad that gets finished.
Why it survives the trip
The dressing comes on the side. That's not a small detail — it's the whole reason a catered Caesar usually disappoints. Dressed early and driven across town, lettuce collapses and the salad arrives as a wet pile. Yours travels dry, gets dressed at the table, and eats like it was made minutes ago.
What's in the bowl
- Local lettuce — the base, and it's crisp because it's fresh
- Scratch-made Caesar dressing — the same recipe we've run for years, made in batches in our kitchen. It's the most expensive thing in the bowl and it's the reason people order this one.
- House-made croutons — baked in-house, so they're proper croutons and not packing material
- Locally sourced bacon — chopped, generous, and local
- Grated Parmesan — real, grated, not shaken

- $85 — serves 6 generous portions (about $14 a head)

- Comes dressed separately so nothing wilts in transit
- Minimum 6 hours notice, bookings subject to availability
- Pickup Tue–Sat, 9AM–8 PM, or arrange delivery
- Pairs with sandwich platters, panini boxes, the Bigfoot tray and the burger bar
