Panini Box — Catering
Our three best paninis, boxed up and ready for a crowd.
Ordering lunch for a meeting usually means settling. A platter of cold cuts nobody's excited about. A pile of wraps. Something that travels badly and looks worse by the time it lands on the table.
This is the other option: six or twelve of our actual menu paninis, the same ones that sell out of the restaurant, individually wrapped and ready to hand out.
What's in the box
The Cuban — roasted local mojo pork, Swiss cheese, genoa salami, deli ham, dill pickles, mayo and mustard. Pressed, tangy, and the one people ask for by name.
Tom's Firetruck — roasted local Firetruck chicken with Swiss and cheddar, local bacon, prosciutto, smokey jalapeño sauce, sub sauce, roasted red peppers, green onions and pickled red onions.
Lemon Pepper Apple Brie — roasted local lemon pepper chicken, prosciutto, brie, tart apples, Swiss, red onion, strawberry jam and garlic dijonnase. Sweet, sharp and creamy in the same bite. The one that surprises people.
Why it works for catering
- Individually wrapped. No serving spoons, no plates, nobody managing a tray. Hand them out and you're finished.
- They hold. A wrapped panini travels well and still eats well an hour after pickup. An open platter of sandwiches does not.
- Real food, not conference food. Scratch-made with locally sourced ingredients — better than anything else that arrives in a box.
- Dietary restrictions are no problem. Tell us in the notes and we'll label and separate them.
