Most catering pasta salad is one salad, decided for you, sitting in a tub of mayonnaise until somebody remembers to eat it. This is not that.
Pick the flavor. We make the dressing from scratch, dress it properly, and it arrives at your door ready to go straight on the table — lid off, spoon in.
Pick your flavor
- Dill Pickle — briny, sharp, and the one that goes first every time
- Tex Mex — smoky and warm, built for anything off a grill
- Bacon Ranch — creamy and rich. The safe order that everybody fights over
- Garlic Pesto — herby and garlicky, Italian-leaning without being an Italian pasta salad
- Greek — bright, with feta and fresh vegetables
- Street Corn — charred corn and a little heat. The one that surprises people
And no Italian. We have opinions about that, and we're not apologizing.
What's in it
- Scratch-made dressing — made in our kitchen, never poured from a jar
- Seasonal fresh vegetables — whatever's good that week, which is why no two batches are identical
- Generous portions — we're not stretching it out with filler
- Dressed and ready — arrives finished. Take off the lid and put it out.
This is the salad that has been on our menu longest, and it's still the one people ask for by name. It changes constantly because we build it around what's in season. It is never boring.

- Serves 6 generous portions per bowl
- Six flavours: Dill Pickle, Tex Mex, Bacon Ranch, Garlic Pesto, Greek, Street Corn
- Comes dressed and ready to serve — nothing to mix, nothing to add
- Great hot-weather food: it holds up in the sun far better than anything creamy
- Minimum 6 hours notice, bookings subject to availability
- Pickup Tue–Sat, 9–8 PM, or arrange delivery
- Pairs with everything on the catering menu — sandwich platters, panini boxes, the burger bar, the Bigfoot tray
- Also the side inside our Loaded Chicken Hoagie lunch box
Where it fits BBQs, staff lunches, potlucks, family dinners, sandwich platters, burger bars, and any table where the side dish is doing more work than it's getting credit for.
