Pearl Morissette is a renowned, high-end winery in Jordan, Ontario (Twenty Mile Bench), established in 2007 by Mel Pearl and François Morissette. It specializes in natural, minimal-intervention Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc, focusing on texture and terroir.
All of PM's wine's are very smooth even when they are full bodied, they also have surprising notes of freshness on the palette that bring a nice balance of nice fruity fresh flavor with a depth of oak and earth.
