Seven potato salads, not one. Pick your flavor.
Most catering potato salad is one thing, decided for you. Ours is a choice.
We chop and roast Ontario potatoes, dress them in house-made dressing, and finish them one of seven ways — from a classic that tastes like the good version of what you grew up with, to a warm German bacon that people order again the following week.
Choose your flavor:
- Classic — the one everyone expects, done properly. Creamy, tangy, salted right.
- Dill Pickle — briny, sharp and the fastest-selling of the lot. For the pickle people.
- Cajun — warm spice and smoke. The one that wakes up a BBQ plate.
- Warm German Bacon — served warm with bacon and vinegar. Rich, and genuinely different from every other salad on the table.
- Garlic Pesto — herby, garlicky, Italian-leaning. Goes with everything grilled.
- Fresh Herb & Lemon — bright and light. The one for a summer table.
- Smokey BBQ — sweet, smoky and built for burgers and brisket.

What's actually in it
- Ontario potatoes — hand chopped, roasted, never boiled to mush
- House-made dressing — made in our kitchen, not poured from a jar
- Fresh vegetables and cheese — plus whatever else is interesting and in season that week
- Dressed and ready — arrives finished. Take off the lid and put it on the table.
It's not a traditional potato salad, and that's the point. Every batch is genuinely a little different, because we build it around what's good that week. You'll never get the same salad twice, and you'll never get a boring one.

- Salads run 6 oz per person for catering packages
- Minimum 12 hours notice for this item
- Pickup Tue–Fri, 4–7 PM, or arrange delivery
- Goes with essentially everything on our catering menu — pair it with a sandwich platter, a panini box or the burger bar
