Each of our cupcake order are uniquely made to order so they will differ from the photo. We always like to create original works of art for people.
Please allow for a minimum of 24 hours on orders. Orders are subject to available bookings. If we are Booked we will let you know as soon as possible
Please let us know about any minor personalization's, changes or specifications in your order notes

Our Bakery and Restaurant only use the very best ingredients and as much locally sourced product as possible.
We do not accept returns on perishable products, however we do take returns on non perishables like our merch line.
We ship out of Timmins Ontario weekly on Wednesday's. We make sure to bake them fresh for shipping so they arrive as fresh as possible.
